The Workshops
 
 
From January to May 2009, five workshops were carried out with the members of staff and patient representative of the Diabetics Team at the Tynedale Patients Centre. It was a new learning experience for me and the team. Through story telling with photographs, using art to express the experience of illness, and curating exercise in the centre, together we have agreed on two working themes: 1. Using art to explore and understand the meaning of long term condition; 2. Using art to uplift the healing environment of the Tynedale Patients Centre.
